The DataSense™ Technologies Performance Monitoring System tracks the performance and health of various components and conditions on your industrial equipment. Our system utilizes an IoT gateway, which collects information from predictive maintenance sensors that gather performance data. The gateway wirelessly transmits data to a cloud platform where it can be displayed on customizable dashboards. Thresholds can be set around warning or alarm conditions, and when exceeded immediate alerts notify your staff through text or email. Our IoT technology allows manufacturers to predict equipment failures, giving them time to schedule maintenance and minimize unplanned downtime.
